Why were some of my items I received wrinkled?

Prior to packaging, items are steamed if necessary and packaged tightly; however, due to the type of fabric of most of the items and in the delivery process, wrinkles may possibly form. We have found that a steamer works well. It is gentle on the fabrics and removes the wrinkles easily.

 

How do I wash my items?

We advise you to please follow the instructions carefully on the clothing care labels on each item. We want to be sure you’re able to wear your items again and again. *We are not responsible for any items after washing.*

Do you issue refunds?

Unfortunately at this time we do not issue refunds. We will accept returns for store credit, which will be in the form of an e gift card. Please see our Return Policy for the conditions and more details. 

What if I need my order expedited?

You can contact us at info@janiesboutique.com with your request. We will do our very best to honor that request, but we cannot guarantee expedited processing. (Processing is 1-3 business days). Once the order is processed, we will be able to offer priority express shipping (1-2 days). Pricing details will be given at that time. 

What if I have questions about how an item fits?

Please reach out to us at info@janiesboutique.com! We encourage you to. We understand online shopping can be tough sometimes without being able to try the clothes on. Please ask us any question you have regarding the way an item fits or feels. We will give you all the info we can about it so you feel comfortable purchasing it.
